Neighbourhood Planning regulations say that Plans must be based on robust evidence about the area it covers.
This evidence includes:
- Community views given in surveys carried out when developing the Plan proposals
- Factual data about the area, describing how it is made up, its character and heritage, the local economy, landscape, natural environment, community facilities etc.
- National and Cornwall planning policies.
