Members of the public can attend meetings and can speak in respect of items on the agenda. The period of time designated for public participation shall not exceed 20 minutes unless directed by the Chairman of the meeting. A member of the public shall not speak for more than 3 minutes. Meetings are advertised as public meetings and as such could be filmed or recorded by broadcasters, the media and members of the public. Please be aware that while every effort is taken to ensure that members of the public are not filmed, we cannot guarantee this, especially if you are speaking or taking an active role.
