Guild of Friends of Camborne Redruth Community Hospital

The Guild of Friends of Camborne Redruth Community Hospital is a group of people whose sole purpose is to support our local hospital and all who use it.
Our aim is to improve the service for both patients and staff. In order to achieve our aims, we are reliant on support from the local community to assist the Friends in their activities within our hospital.
The Friends have an urgent need for both a treasurer and new committee members to ensure the future of the Guild of Friends and to allow the service to be maintained. Volunteers are also needed to help with collections, hospital visits and fund raising activities.
A new project, within the hospital, is Café75 which the Friends supported via a grant. Prior to this project, there were no refreshment facilities within the hospital. Café75 requires people to run this. Volunteering can be to the individual’s schedule. It is hoped that Café75 will be formally opened on the 15th May 2025. Please come and join this vital group of people, the hospital needs us and we need your support.
