The set of documents that form the Submission of the Draft Carn Brea Neighbourhood Development Plan are the Submission Draft Plan itself, the Basic Conditions Statement [which explains how the Plan conforms to the regulations governing Neighbourhood Plans], the Consultation Statement [which explains how the community has been engaged in the production of the Plan], and a Equalities Impact Assessment [which ensures that people who fall within one or more of the 'Protected Characteristics' given in the Equalities Act 2010 are not unfairly impacted upon by the policies in the Plan].
